Nutella Cookies & Sunrise Salutations

This morning, my Twitter feed alerted me that it’s World Nutella Day.  Apparently, condiments have days now.  Coincidentally, I whipped up a batch of Nutella-Stuffed Brown Butter & Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies last night.

And Oh. My. God.  These things are decadent   Felix exclaimed it might be the best cookie I ever made.  I concur.

I followed the recipe exactly, but here’s a word of warning – Don’t put the Nutella in the freezer!  I would actually put some in a bowl and refrigerate it; you don’t want it to be super smooth, but frozen is not good either.

This morning my back was super sore from yesterday’s dead-lifts; however, my quest for yoga 5 days a week got my butt out of bed and into the studio.  I love early morning yoga…it’s dark when I begin, which is calming.  By the time class is over, the world is awake and I am ready to start my day.

Namaste

What is your favorite cookie recipe?  What are you making for Nutella Day?
